DJ Brockie & DJ RAP live at Jungle Mania 1995 feat. MC MC

Alright everyone, here is a live mix that influenced me beyond description back in ‘95.  It encouraged me down the path of Jungle music for the many years that followed both as a DJ and producer.  It was passed along to me from a tape copied from another tape, and my walkman played it daily until the reel actually broke, and so I have been looking for it ever since.

Explosive amens, big drops and full-on energy inside this one, a must-hear.
Listen, learn & Brock-out!

Phaeleh mix

Among a sea of loud, clipped, disharmonic and distorted beats, I stumbled upon this beautiful diamond in the rough from earlier this year. A must listen-to to take a step back and enjoy the beautiful melodies minimal dubstep has to offer:

Loudness War

With so many interesting things to do on the computer, I don’t often read - but I recently picked up the book “Perfecting Sound Forever”, which I have found full of interesting stories since the beginning of time regarding recorded music. I am a huge recording enthusiast and happy to see there are others in the same kind of mindset.
